Raptor Rentals and Services rents dump and flatbed trailers for do-it-yourself hauling, and offers delivery, pickup, full-service junk removal, and cleanouts by arrangement. Contactless trailer pickup is in Lehi, with services available across Utah County and Salt Lake County. A reservation and completed verification are required before trailer access is released.

For a trailer you will pick up and tow yourself, review How It Works and the rental agreement, then choose your trailer and dates online. No security deposit is required; verification must be completed before pickup. Full-service junk removal is quoted per job based on the amount and work involved.

Straightforward and low-hassle. You book online, pick up (or we deliver), load on your own schedule, and either dump it yourself or have us take it to the landfill for a fee. Clear pricing, no deposit, and a local team that answers the phone.

Your specific truck, hitch, and towing equipment must be rated for the selected trailer and its loaded weight. A truck model or “half-ton” label alone does not establish capacity. Check your vehicle’s tow rating, hitch rating, payload, and the trailer’s limits. You need a 2-5/16-inch hitch ball, a compatible 7-pin electrical connection, and trailer-brake equipment suitable for the trailer and load. Confirm lights, brakes, chains, and the breakaway cable before towing. If you are unsure, call/text (385) 505-7545 before paying so we can review your setup.

No security deposit or security-deposit hold is required. You pay the rental charges online when you book. Your payment method remains on file for amounts owed under the rental agreement, including applicable damage, cleaning, disposal, late-return, or missing-equipment charges.

You must be at least 21, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, provide proof of active auto insurance that covers towing the rented trailer, accept the rental agreement, and have a suitable towing setup. Review the agreement for insurance coverage requirements. Submit verification securely through the confirmation link sent by text/email. Approval is required before pickup; payment alone does not release access. Review time varies, so contact us before paying for a same-day rental or before traveling if approval is pending. The pickup address is sent 1 hour before your start time. Access is released after the rental starts and verification is complete. Complete the safety checklist and condition photos before towing.

Contactless pickup and return follow the reserved rental times. After-hours pickup may be possible with an approved reservation, but it is not guaranteed. ID-verification issues may delay access. Complete ID verification during office hours whenever possible: daily, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mountain Time.

It depends on the trailer - each one’s capacity is listed when you book. Our dump trailers are heavy-duty, with tall sides and a hydraulic dump built for big, heavy loads. Just stay within that trailer’s weight limit for safe towing. Dense material like concrete, dirt, gravel, and wet debris adds up fast, so it’s easy to hit the limit before the trailer looks full.

No hazardous materials (paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos, and the like) and nothing that puts you over the weight limit. The full list of prohibited items is in the rental agreement - when in doubt, ask us before you load it.

You can take the load to the dump yourself and return the trailer empty, or arrange for Raptor Rentals and Services to haul it to the landfill for a fee. If you need load pickup or landfill hauling, request a quote before booking or paying and allow at least three days’ notice. Pricing, access, and availability must be confirmed. Disposal fees are separate from the trailer rental.

Yes. If you’d rather not lift a finger, we’ll remove the junk and haul it away for you. Junk removal and dump runs are priced per job based on how much there is and the work involved - call or text 385-505-7545 for a free estimate.
