Prices and availability shown are estimates. A rental is not confirmed until you complete booking, pass tow-vehicle approval, and receive confirmation from us. Payment alone does not guarantee approval or availability.

5. Deposits and payments

Deposits and payments are handled through our booking system. Specific deposit, payment, and refund terms are stated at the time of booking and in the Rental Agreement.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are those stated at the time of booking and in the Rental Agreement.

7. Rental eligibility

Renters must meet the minimum age, licensing, tow-vehicle, and verification requirements described during booking.

8. Relationship to the Rental Agreement

These website Terms govern use of the website only. The separate Rental Agreement you review and sign at booking controls the actual trailer rental. If the two conflict regarding a rental, the signed Rental Agreement controls.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, scrape or copy it without permission, interfere with its operation, or attempt to breach its security.

Site content, logos, and text are owned by or licensed to Raptor Rental Services LLC and may not be copied without permission.
