Raptor Rental Services LLC ("Raptor Rentals," "we," "us," or "our") operates raptorutah.com and the booking site at book.raptorrentalsutah.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, message content, and booking details submitted through our website forms or booking system.
- Rental verification information: driver's license, proof of insurance, and identity-verification information you upload during booking.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider through the booking system. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Rental and transaction information: dates, pickup and delivery details, photos of the trailer before and after rental, and rental history.
- Automatically collected information: device and browser information, IP address, and cookie and analytics data when you use our site.
How we use information
To provide and manage rentals; verify identity and tow-vehicle eligibility; process payments and deposits; communicate about bookings, pickups, returns, and support; document trailer condition and handle damage claims; improve our website; and meet legal, tax, and safety obligations.
Service providers and third parties
We share information with service providers who help us operate, including our website host (Squarespace), our booking, identity-verification, and e-signature provider (Lockii), our payment processor, spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), mapping (Google Maps), and analytics and monitoring providers used by our booking system. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. Sharing information with service providers so they can perform services for us is not a sale.
Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send driver's license, insurance, or payment information through our ordinary contact forms. Upload sensitive documents only through the secure booking system.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@raptorrentalsutah.com. Certain statutory privacy rights depend on applicable law. Based on our size, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act's business thresholds do not currently appear to apply to us (it requires both $25M+ annual revenue and large-scale data processing), but we honor reasonable requests regardless.
Children's privacy
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party sites (such as our booking system and Instagram). Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above.
