• Message types: transactional messages only, such as booking confirmations, pickup and lock codes, return reminders, and rental-related support. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
• Message frequency: varies based on your rental activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: providing your phone number for a booking is not a condition of purchase beyond what is needed to complete and support your rental.
