Before you book

You must be 21 or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and active auto insurance that covers towing the rented trailer. Review the rental agreement for coverage requirements. Your tow vehicle and hitch must be rated for the trailer and loaded weight, with a 2-5/16-inch ball, compatible 7-pin connection, and suitable trailer-brake equipment. 1. Book online

Choose your trailer, dates, and start time, then pay securely online. No security deposit is required. Rentals are billed in 24-hour periods starting at the scheduled time; arriving late does not extend the return time.

2. Complete verification before pickup

Use the confirmation link sent by text and email to submit your ID and insurance and complete the rental requirements. Payment alone does not authorize pickup. Approval is required before access is released; review time can vary. Contact us before traveling if verification is still pending.

3. Receive pickup access

Your pickup address is sent 1 hour before the scheduled start. The access code becomes available once the rental starts and verification is complete. Contact us if either is missing.

4. Pick up safely

Complete the safety checklist and required condition photos. Check the coupler, chains, breakaway cable, lights, brakes, and load limits before towing.

5. Request extra time before you are due back

Use your booking link to request an extension, subject to availability. Do not assume it is approved until your booking confirms the updated return time and payment.

6. Return and check in

Return the trailer empty, clean, secured, and on time. Complete the return checklist and photos, then select Return in your booking link. Later charges for damage, cleaning, disposal, or missing equipment remain subject to the rental agreement.

Need delivery or load pickup?

Request a delivery quote before booking or paying. Please allow at least 3 days’ notice. We will confirm availability, access, and the delivery/pickup total first. Delivery and pickup are quoted at $2 per mile from Lehi; disposal fees are separate.
